Achieving your New Years Goals through Diet Typing and Detoxification.

As we enter the new year many people are setting goals to lose weight or feel better, and I hear a lot of discussion on people detoxing their body and mind. In attempting to understand their meaning, I feel some just mean reducing or eliminating the consumption of alcohol and sugars and other bad foods for them.  Some people mean lifestyle changes like going to the gym or yoga more often, or even greater changes like removing themselves from toxic environments. All of these are great option and what I want to relay is that I have tools to help you achieve your goals and specifically in providing the detoxification you seek.


The greatest detoxification procedure I can recommend is to follow the correct Diet Typing Program for you. The foundation of the program is introducing the right foods for you while and eliminating the bad ones, and can expand in many healing opportunity directions depending on your requirements.  Some examples we focus on are eliminating blocking factors in your life like airborne chemical exposure, clothing, food allergies, or hygiene products, to adding program enhancers like digestion, circulation, elimination, and stress reduction. There are potentially additional detoxification procedures to focus on during the process as well.


Under optimal conditions it is the nature of every cell to normalize and detoxify if afforded the opportunity. Unfortunately the organs of detoxification -- liver, colon, lungs, kidneys and skin – can act as a "bottleneck" for the elimination of all toxins from the body at times. If these organs are strong and efficient, there isn't a problem. But, if the detox organs are weak and inefficient, a backlog of toxins can occur at the "bottlenecks," leaving toxins "backed up" in the bloodstream. While cells may be rapidly dumping toxins into the bloodstream, the toxins are not getting cleared from the body quickly enough. This can produce "symptoms of detoxification" or a "healing crisis."


The additional detoxification procedures we can employ with the program will help break the bottleneck and greatly improve the rate of toxin elimination. Some of the potential detox procedures are the colon cleanse, liver-gall bladder cleanse, cell cleanse, coffee enema, and skin cleanse. I should note that due to the rather hostile nature of our modern world environment, the detox procedures would be beneficial for anyone following any of our programs. As the body detoxifies and the organs of detoxification strengthen, the need for the detox procedures diminishes. I have used these detoxes as part of an annual plan for years with great results.


 I am excited to have this proven method to assist you in achieving your goals and achieving optimum health.  I have mentioned a few times now that the body is designed to be healthy.  Good health is everyone's birthright. The ability to experience radiant health is part of the genetic code built into every cell in your body. And, that what you need to do in order to reclaim your birthright is to understand what YOUR body needs as opposed to someone else's, in order to function the way it was intended it to in leading an optimum health life.


It is important to note that these detox procedures should only be used with the permission of your physician. The detox procedures are NOT recommended for anyone not following a Diet Typing Program. Remember, when one is NOT following the right Type Diet (and supplement program) and when one's chemistry is out of balance, one is already suffering from a type of cellular "starvation." Detox procedures, especially when used in excess, may deplete nutritional reserves even more, thus deepening existing imbalances.
